Festival Day part II News

Dear parents:

We are pleased to invite you to the Festival Day on Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd April. School doors open at 15.50h for those parents and relatives who want to see their children singing and acting out in English. The Festival will start at 16h both days, so don't be late!

U.S.A



We are working on the USA geography in the classroom. We've learnt that there are 50 states in the United States of America. We already know where New York and California are. We did a jigsaw all together! We enjoyed it a lot! Check the photos!

Blue Mango Theatre


Guess who came this afternoon at school. Blue Mango Theatre company came today to perfom the funniest play ever. It was about pirates. At the end some volunteers asked them some questions in English. We had a great time!

English Week Nº 4

2009 has already started and we are just working on the 4th Edition of the English Week. This year we are going to visit California. We will travel from L.A. to San Francisco!! The west coast is waiting for us! If there's any mum or dad interested in telling a story or explaining us a real experience about a trip to an English speaking country, is very welcome!

Halloween, Halloween, what does it mean?


When someone brings at school something related to English is great! But when it is also about Halloween it becomes such an event! Last Friday, children from 3rd B enjoyed an afternoon full of surprises!

Is it just me or are the weeks flying by? Halloween is already here! We started to listen to some spooky songs and we are learning new vocabulary. We are really enjoying this autumn festival!! The upcoming week, we are taking home a Halloween surprise! Happy Halloween!
